Herb spaghetti with braised tomatoes and prawns

Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 0?$? Garlic cloves
  • 8 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 250 g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 1/4 l Chicken broth
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 400 g raw prawns ready to cook
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (150 g) Mug of cream cheese preparation with sea salt (double cream stage)

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Wash thyme, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Wash rosemary, shake dry, pluck needles from the twigs and chop finely. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Mix the herbs. Set aside approx. 1 heaped teaspoon for garnishing

    Wash the tomatoes. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry onions and half of the garlic in it while turning, add herbs, deglaze with broth, bring to the boil. Add pasta, bring to the boil and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring several times. Add the tomatoes 3-4 minutes before the end of the cooking time and mix in carefully

    In the meantime heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes, turning them over. Shortly before the end of the frying time, add the remaining garlic and season with salt and pepper.

    Stir cream cheese into the noodles, bring to the boil briefly, season with salt and pepper. Arrange noodles with prawns on plates, sprinkle with herbs
