Ingredients

  • 200 g new potatoes
  • 250 g Pointed cabbage
  • 150 g Carrots
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp caraway, salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) ripened cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower seeds

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly, cut into quarters. Clean, wash and cut vegetables

    Fry the potatoes and vegetables in hot fat. Pour on 100 ml water, bring to the boil, season and cook everything for about 15 minutes. Stir in cream and sprinkle sunflower seeds over it
