Peel the skin off the sausages. Cut the chorizo into slices. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Clean, wash and, depending on the size, halve the Brussels sprouts. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes.
Heat the oil in a large pot. Fry the chorizo in it. Fry sausage and onion briefly. Dust with 1⁄2-1 tsp. paprika powder, add tomato paste and sauté both briefly. Add potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
1 1⁄4-1 1⁄2 l Pour on water. Bring everything to the boil, stir in broth. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Clean and wash spring onions and cut into very fine rings. Stir into the stew, season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Drink tip: beer, e.g. a spicy export.
