Ingredients

  • 400 g Leeks (leek)
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 discs Boxed white bread (à approx. 70 g)
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 (75 g each) Heads radicchio salad
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Clean and wash the leek and peppers. Cut the leek into rings, the paprika into strips. Peel onions, cut them into fine slices, cut bread into large cubes. Clean and wash salads. Pluck radicchio into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat the fat. Fry the bread cubes briefly while turning, remove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the frying fat and heat. Fry the leek and peppers for approx. 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. For the marinade, wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Squeeze lemon. Mix lemon juice with chives, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 3 tablespoons of oil.
