Ingredients

  • 200 g aged Harz cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower seeds
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Dice the cheese. Roast the seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems and cut into fine strips.

    Mix cheese, seeds, basil and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Put the chopped meat on slices of bread.
