  • 6 sheets white gelatine
  • 1 collar Parsley, cut-
  • 7-10 Tbsp leek and dill
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS grated horseradish (from the jar)
  • 150 g Black Forest Ham (in thin slices)
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 small head Lollo bianco
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Java pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

  1. 1

Soak gelatine in cold water. Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop finely. Season quark with salt, pepper and horseradish. Stir in the herbs. Place the slices of ham on a piece of foil, overlapping slightly.

  2. 2

Squeeze the gelatine, dissolve at low heat and stir into the quark. Spread the quark mixture on the ham slices. Roll up with the help of the foil and chill for about 1 hour. In the meantime, clean, wash and slice the radishes.

  3. 3

Wash the cucumber, cut in half, scrape out the seeds. Cut the cucumber into slices. Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Whip oil into it. Mix the marinade with the salad ingredients and arrange in small bowls.

  4. 4

Cut open the ham curd roll and arrange on plates. Fried potatoes taste good with it. Serve with extra salad.
