Halloumi mushroom and tomato skewers

Ingredients

  • 36 cherry tomatoes
  • 24 small mushrooms
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 green and yellow pepper
  • 1 1/2 Halloumi grilled cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and grate them dry. Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stalk if necessary. Peel onions, cut them in half, divide them into thirds and cut off the pointed ends. Peppers clean, wash and cut into squares. Make sure that the pieces of all ingredients have the same size. Put the ingredients in any order on skewers (approx. 14 cm long), always putting 3 tomatoes, 2 mushrooms, 2 cheese cubes, pepper and onion pieces on a skewer

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry 6 skewers in it for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Repeat the process with 1 tablespoon of oil and the remaining skewers. Season skewers with salt and pepper and arrange on plates. Serve with green salad and ciabatta bread
