Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 5 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 20 g Gouda cheese
  • 80 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 100 g Soured milk (3,5 % fat)

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the tomatoes. Cut off 1/4 of the tomatoes at the base of the stalk, hollow out the lower part with a ball cutter. Clean, wash and finely dice the spring onion. Wash oregano, dab dry and, except for something to garnish, pluck off leaves.

  2. 2

Cut the leaves finely. Grate the gouda. Knead minced meat with tomato paste and spring onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in Gouda and oregano. Fill the tomatoes with the minced meat and put them into an ovenproof dish.

  3. 3

Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Add the tomato lid 6 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press.

  4. 4

Fry with curry in hot oil. Remove from heat, stir in soured milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange tomatoes on curry sauce, garnish with oregano.
