Grilled pepper steak with salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 75 ml White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small picking salad
  • 4 Kluft steaks (à approx. 175 g)
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 175 g Spring onions
  • 75 g Double cream cream cheese with pepper

Directions

    For the salad, peel and finely dice the onion. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add onion and fold in oil. Clean, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain well.

    Mix lettuce, tomatoes and vinaigrette. Set aside. Wash the meat and pat dry. Clean the mushrooms (unscrew the stalk) and wash if necessary. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.

    Clean and wash the spring onions. Place one by one on the grill and fold the upper half of the grill directly onto the food. Grill for 3-8 minutes, depending on the food to be grilled. Season meat with salt and pepper.

    Put cream cheese on the meat and gratinate in the contact grill. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Serve grilled meat and salad together.
