Grilled noodles with lamb

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g farfalle (ribbon noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g Lamb salmon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Sage

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Also cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli and rinse with cold water.

    Clean, wash and dice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Dab lamb dry and cut into pieces. Fry in hot oil while turning for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the sage leaves and fry. Remove from the pan. Steam tomato, onion and garlic cubes briefly in the frying fat. Add pasta, lamb with sage and broccoli, mix together and heat briefly.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
