Ingredients

  • 150 g Croissant noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (250 g) Stalk leek (leek)
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers - precious sweet
  • 100 g Edam cheese (30% fat in dry matter)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Meanwhile clean, wash and cut leek into rings. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Heat the fat. Steam leek in it. Drain the noodles, add them to the leek and fry for about 2 minutes more.

    Fold in tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour into an ovenproof dish and rub the cheese over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225°C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle over the noodles before serving
