Greek style minced steak

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled onion (30 g) some rosemary and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme (fresh or separated) 80 g minced beef
  • 1 tsp (8 g) Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon (15 g) Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons (5 g each) Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herb Vinegar
  • 1 Splash of sweetener
  • 1 (30 g) cleaned spring onion
  • 1 (60 g) cleaned tomato
  • 2-3 cleaned salad leaves
  • 30 g Sheep or feta cheese
  • 3-4 black olives
  • 50 g Wholemeal baguette

Directions

    Dice onion. Wash and chop the herbs if necessary. Knead half each with minced meat, breadcrumbs and quark. Season with salt and pepper. Form minced steak from it

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Fry the minced steak for approx. 5 minutes on each side

    mix vinegar, salt, pepper and some sweetener, add 1 tsp. oil

    Wash spring onion and cut into rings. Wash the tomato and cut into slices. Wash lettuce and cut into strips. Dice cheese. Mix tomato, lettuce, remaining onion, olives and marinade

    Arrange the minced steak and tomato salad. Sprinkle steak with cheese, spring onion and remaining herbs. Add baguette
