Greek sliced meat with feta

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 small onions
  • 300 g Courgette
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Pork escalope
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Gyros spice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 1 (200 g) Mug Tzatziki

Directions

    Onions peel, halve and in strips cut. Wash and clean the zucchini, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Dab meat dry and cut into strips

    Mix meat, onions, 1 tablespoon of oil and gyros spice. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté the meat for 4-5 minutes, season with salt and pepper and remove

    Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and fry the zucchini slices for about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves coarsely

    Warm up the meat at low heat. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on a plate. Crumble feta over it and sprinkle with parsley. Add tzatziki. Flatbread tastes good with it
