Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Instant coffee powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Put 1 tablespoon each of sugar and coffee powder into glasses. Add a dash of water and foam everything up with a mixer (e.g. a milk frother) until plenty of coffee foam has formed.

    Add crushed ice. Top up with milk and cold water. Serve immediately.
