Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 200 g Butter
  • 80 g Icing sugar
  • 50 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 TEASPOON Vanilla sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp off. peel of 1/2 lemon
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Drink: cool juice spritzer

    Sift the flour over the butter and knead it in. Shape the dough into rolls of about 5 cm diameter and wrap in aluminium foil. Leave the rolls in the refrigerator overnight.

    Preheat oven to 190°. Spread the dough sticks all around with the whisked egg yolk and roll in sugar. Carefully cut off 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on a baking tray.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes on the middle slide bar. Remove the cookies from the baking tray with a wide knife and let them cool down.
