Whip the cream until stiff and pour in 2 tbsp. icing sugar. Mix chestnut cream, milk and 3 tbsp. chocolate sauce, fold in approx. 1⁄4 cream.
Crumble the meringue, spread it over four glasses. Spread chestnut cream on top. Fill the rest of the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt onto the cream. Drizzle remaining chocolate sauce over it.
