Gourmet bread with turkey schnitzel

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (250 g) Garlic bread halved horizontally (refrigerated shelf)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 4 ready-to-fry marinated turkey breast escalopes (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 small onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 80 ml Chilli sauce for chicken

Directions

    Prepare bread in a preheated oven according to package instructions

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 8 minutes while turning. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Peel onion and cut into rings. Season meat with salt and pepper

    Cut the breads in half crosswise. Cover each quarter with cucumber slices, a turkey escalope and onion rings. Sprinkle with chili sauce
