Gooseberry Kumquats Jam

Ingredients

  • 750 g Gooseberries
  • 250 g Kumquats
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar 1:1

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the gooseberries. Wash kumquats hot, rub dry and cut into thin slices. Mix the fruits with jam sugar and cover and leave to soak for 3-4 hours.

    Bring to the boil in the pot while stirring and let it boil for 4 minutes. Pour the hot jam into the prepared jars and close them. Results in approx. 8 glasses of 250 ml each.
