Ingredients

  • 1 kg Gooseberries
  • 1 package real vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar (1:1)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Whisky

Directions

    Wash, clean and coarsely mash the gooseberries. Boil up the fruits with vanilla and jam sugar in a pot while stirring. Then let it boil for 4 minutes until it is bubbling. Remove from heat and stir in whisky.

    Pour into prepared glasses and close immediately.
