Gooseberry elderflower jam

Ingredients

  • 1 kg green gooseberries
  • 150 ml Elderflower syrup
  • 1 package (500 g) Gelling sugar 2:1

Directions

    Wash and clean the gooseberries. Mix fruit, syrup and jam sugar in a large pot. Bring to the boil over high heat while stirring. Boil for at least 4 minutes while stirring continuously (jelly test). If necessary, skim jam and pour into hot rinsed glasses. Close the glasses tightly, leave them on the lid for about 5 minutes, turn them over and let them cool down
