Wash the potatoes, boil in water for about 20 minutes
Grate parmesan. Peel and halve the butter cheese. Quench potatoes, peel them and put them side by side in a greased wide casserole dish. Season with pepper and salt if necessary. Spread 1-2 tsp. cream cheese on each. Cover each with 1/2 slice of butter cheese and sprinkle with parmesan
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with oregano. Serve with a crisp salad
