  • 600 g deep-frozen French fries (suitable for oven)
  • 300 g Curry ketchup
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 4 Curry sausages (approx. 90 g each)

Directions

    Bake chips in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 16-18 minutes, turning once after about 12 minutes

    For the sauce, heat ketchup, honey, lemon juice and stock while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Clean and wash the spring onions, cut into rings and stir into the sauce, except for a few rings for garnishing.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the sausages in it all around at medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan, cut into pieces and add to the sauce. Remove the chips and season with salt. Arrange with curry sausage in bowls and garnish with remaining spring onion rings
