Gnocchi in ground pizza sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 kg green asparagus
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 packages (300 g each) fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 300 g Pork sausage
  • 4 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 400 ml Tomato juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pizza spice mix
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends. Cut the stalks into pieces about 4 cm long. Peel and chop onion and garlic

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the gnocchi for about 15 minutes, turning them over. In the meantime heat 2 tbsp. oil in a second pan. Fry the ground pork for about 10 minutes until crumbly. After about 5 minutes add asparagus, onion and garlic

    Wash oregano, shake dry, remove leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Deglaze asparagus pan with tomato juice and bring to the boil. Season to taste with pizza spice, salt and pepper. Chop cheese into shavings. Arrange gnocchi and asparagus pan and sprinkle with cheese shavings and oregano
