Chop nuts. Set up baking tin according to instructions. Put baking mix and gingerbread spice into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, 50 ml water and oil. Mix everything to a smooth dough. Stir in nuts. Pour into the prepared baking tin and smooth it down.
Place the mould on an oven rack. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: level 1) for 35-40 minutes. Take out brownies, let them cool down and cut into 20 pieces. Chop the chocolate coating, add the chocolate flakes (enclosed in the package) and melt over a warm water bath. Cover the brownies with the chocolate. Decorate with 1 silver pearl each and allow to set
