  • 70 g candied ginger in syrup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Ginger syrup
  • 150 g clear honey
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of brandy

Directions

    Cut the ginger into thin slices. Pour the ginger slices, syrup and honey into a bottle or carafe. Fill up with brandy, shake vigorously once and leave to stand for 4-5 days.
