Ingredients

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g candied ginger
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Chop ginger. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer

    Stir in the egg and chocolate one after the other. Mix flour, baking powder and ginger and knead in

    Using a tablespoon, spread about 12 piles of dough on each of two baking trays lined with baking paper. Bring the piles of dough slightly into a round shape. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: stage 2) for approx. 10 minutes each in succession
