  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 300 g + some flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 2 Egg yolk (Gr. M)
  • 1 TEASPOON R
  • 7-10 Tbsp white candlelight
  • 8–10 Pistachio kernels
  • baking paper

Directions

    Grate parmesan. Put 300 g flour, baking powder, 50 g parmesan, milk, oil, sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and quark in a mixing bowl. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the mixer. Then knead the dough well with floured hands.

    Line two or three trays with baking paper. Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/ gas: level 2). Roll out the dough on a little flour until it is about 1/2 cm thin. Use cutters to cut out various farm animals (e.g.

    chickens, pigs, ducks, etc.) Place on the trays.

    ##Beat the egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the animals with it and sprinkle with sesame, poppy seed and the rest of the cheese. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes one after the other. Let it cool down.

    ##pistachios## chop. Paint a dot on the head of each animal with sugar writing and stick a piece of pistachio into it.
