Defrost the peas. Cut the cucumber into slices. Mix mayonnaise and yoghurt. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Wash the chives, chop finely and fold into the mayonnaise, except for a little bit for sprinkling.
Cut the sausages into slices. Put 1/3 of the potatoes in marinade, cucumber, peas and sausages in a bowl. Fold in the salad cream. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Sprinkle with remaining chives.
