Garlic-gambas with salad

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 500 g small shrimps
  • 7-10 Tbsp (raw, with shell, without head)
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 baby onion
  • 3-4 big tomatoes
  • 1 small head romaine lettuce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. sherry vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS + 100 ml olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives and lemon

Directions

    Shrimps trigger, remove intestines. Wash, core and chop the chilli. Peel and chop garlic. Wash parsley, chop leaves roughly

    Peel the onion. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Cut both into thin slices. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Season 2 tablespoons lemon juice and vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 4 tbsp. oil. Mix with the salad ingredients

    Heat 100 ml of oil to high temperature. Fry the garlic, chilli and prawns for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley. Garnish salad and prawns with olives and lemon. Goes well with white bread
