Peel the onion. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Cut both into thin slices. Clean, wash and cut the lettuce into strips. Season 2 tablespoons lemon juice and vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 4 tbsp. oil. Mix with the salad ingredients
Heat 100 ml of oil to high temperature. Fry the garlic, chilli and prawns for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley. Garnish salad and prawns with olives and lemon. Goes well with white bread
