Gnocchi mushroom pan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Gnocchi (from the refrigerator)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g small mushrooms
  • 50 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 75 g smoked streaky bacon in cubes
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Put the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water and let them simmer for 2-3 minutes at low heat. Place the gnocchi on a sieve and drain. Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon in it until crispy, take it out. Fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat until they are firm. Add gnocchi, bacon and tomatoes and fry briefly. Add cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Arrange gnocchi on plates and garnish with basil leaves.
