Fill 250 g flour, almonds, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt and sugar into a mixing bowl and mix everything. Cut butter into pieces. Add them and 1 egg to the flour mixture. Knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and then briefly with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to cool for about 30 minutes. Turn on the oven: Electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3
Roll out the dough on some flour about 1 cm thick. Cut out circles (approx. 6 cm Ø) and reindeer (approx. 7 cm). Stick the wooden sticks far into them, put the lollipops on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Whisk 1 egg yolk and milk, brush them with it. Bake the lollipop trays one after the other for about 1/2 minutes. Let them cool down. Tip: If you can't find wooden handles in the baking accessories: Take a wooden spatula from the drugstore...
Mix icing sugar, 1-2 tablespoons of juice and 1 tablespoon of warm water to make a glaze. Dye 2 tablespoons of it red. Fill this and 2 tablespoons of white icing into one plastic bag each. Stir the remaining icing with 1 tablespoon of juice thinner. Fill 1/3 of it into a small bowl and colour it red. Fill the remaining icing into a second bowl. Cut a small corner from each bag at the bottom
Halve the wafers for the angel wings and glue them under some circles with thin white cast. Spread the round lollipops with the icing from the bowls or paint them with the icing from the bags. Decorate them with pastry decorations etc. as angels or Santa Clauses. Paint or coat the reindeer with cast iron and decorate them. Let all lollipops dry
