Ingredients

  • 2 Kohlrabis (about 300 g)
  • 2 red apples (e.g. Delicious)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 1 stalk of lemon balm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and apple slices

Directions

    Peel and coarsely grate the kohlrabis. Wash and halve apples, remove core. Coarsely grate apple halves and sprinkle with lemon juice. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Mix cream and 4 tablespoons of water. Season to taste with salt, sugar and pepper.

    Wash the dill, dab dry and chop finely. Wash lemon balm, dab dry, remove leaves and cut into strips. Mix radish slices and grated kohlrabi and apple with the cream sauce. Fold in dill and lemon balm. Arrange salad on plates. Serve garnished with apple slices and dill
