Fruits in alcohol: raspberries in white Bacardi

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp peppermint stems
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1/2 l white rum

Directions

    Select the raspberries and wash them carefully. Wash the mint and pluck it from the stalks. Put fruit, mint and sugar in a glass and fill up with the rum. Leave in a dark, cool place for 2-3 days. Shelf life approx. 4 weeks
