Wash the lime, dab dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the lime. Mix maple syrup, liqueur and 2 tablespoons lime juice. Wash strawberries, dab dry, clean and halve. Peel kiwis and banana. Halve kiwis and cut into thick slices. Cut the banana into thick slices as well. Drain peach halves and cut into quarters. Mix the fruit with the marinade and let it soak for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the lemon balm, dab dry and cut the leaves into fine strips, except for a little garnish. Mix yoghurt, sugar, lime zest and lemon balm strips. Put fruit pieces on 8 skewers and arrange on plates. Pour yoghurt sauce over them and serve garnished with lemon balm and lime wedge
