Fruit salad with nut brittle

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 4-5 big oranges
  • 2 Grapefruit (e.g. pink)
  • 4 Kiwis, 200 g grapes
  • 5 tablespoons (50 g) Sugar
  • 4-6 Tbsp Orange liqueur
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 1 TEASPOON butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp some oil, 125 g whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Peel 3-4 oranges and grapefruits thick, kiwis thin. Cut into slices. Wash the grapes, cut in half

    Dress fruit. Squeeze 1 orange, mix juice with 1 tablespoon sugar and possibly liqueur. Spread over the fruits

    Roughly chop the nuts. Caramelize 4 tablespoons of sugar in a pot. Stir in nuts and fat. Spread on aluminium foil or an oiled plate. Let cool down, crumble

    Whip cream and vanilla sugar until semi-stiff. Drizzle onto the fruit together with the walnut brittle
