Cut a lid off the melon. Remove the seeds. Remove the flesh with a ball cutter (also from the lid) and place in a bowl.
Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Wash lemon balm and put something aside for decoration. Rest.
cut into fine strips. Peel and slice the banana and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix melon balls, strawberries, banana, orange juice, liqueur, pistachios and chopped lemon balm, cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
Fill fruit salad into the melon and serve. Decorate with lemon balm.
