##Potatoes## wash thoroughly. Cut into very thin slices with a slicer. Dust thinly with starch.
Heat oil to 170 °C and fry potato slices in portions for about 2 minutes. Take out and drain on kitchen paper.
##cinnamon## and salt and season finished chips with it. ##Wash parsley and shake dry.
Pluck the leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Arrange chips in bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
