Fried rice with minced meat and beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g 10-minute long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Frozen French beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Kidney beans
  • 1 Tomato
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Ajvar (spicy paprika preparation; glass)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)

Directions

    Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Cook frozen beans in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain kidney beans and rinse briefly. Drain green beans.

    Wash and dice the tomato and mix with Ajvar. Peel and finely dice the onion.

    Heat the oil in a large large frying pan. Fry the minced meat and onion for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add rice and beans to the minced meat and heat while stirring.

    Beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the frying pan and allow to set while turning. Add Ajvardip.
