Fried rice with egg and turkey strips

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Basmati Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small chili pepper
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 3 Carrots
  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Clean and wash the leek and cut into thin rings. Peel and wash carrots and cut them diagonally into thin slices. Wash turkey, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Drain the rice, rinse thoroughly with cold water and allow to drain. Heat the oil in a large, coated pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes over high heat, turning it over, and remove it.

    Wash the chilli pepper and cut into very fine rings. Fry the chilli, leek and carrots in the pan at medium heat for 3-4 minutes as well. Add rice and meat, fry for 2-3 minutes more. Whisk eggs and soy sauce.

    Add to the pan, fry for about 2 minutes while turning, season to taste with salt and pepper.
