Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan with a high rim. Sauté the meat for about 4 minutes, turning it over. Add vegetables and 3 tbsp. water, reduce heat and cook for 7-9 minutes. Stir again and again in between
In the meantime heat 4 tablespoons of water in a pot. Add the rice, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes, bring down. Add the rice to the meat about 4 minutes before the end of the cooking time and fry. Season to taste with salt and chilli sauce
