Fried prawns with garlic

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 24 medium-sized shrimps without head, with shell
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel the shrimps, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Wash the parsley and remove the leaves. Chop the leaves finely, except for a little bit for garnishing. Peel and chop garlic

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry prawns for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic after about 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika

    Stir the parsley into the prawns and remove from the pan. Put 3 prawns on each wooden skewer and arrange them on a plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley
