Fried plaice fillet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 double plaice fillets without skin (approx. 180 g each)
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp mixed fresh herbs such as dill, parsley and oregano

    Wash the fish fillets and dab them dry. Fry in hot fat on both sides for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and finely dice onions. Add to the fish just before the end of the cooking time and steam. Wash the herbs, dab dry, chop and sprinkle over the fish
