Fried pineapple with mascarpone cream (calorie reduced)

  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 175 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese preparation)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 2 packages Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 (approx. 800 g) Pineapple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut chips and lemon balm

Directions

    For the cream, stir quark, mascarpone, milk and vanilla sugar until smooth. Put the mascarpone cream in a cool place. Clean and peel the pineapple and cut in half lengthwise. Cut the pineapple halves into slices about 1 1/2 cm thick and cut or cut out the stalk with a small knife.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pineapple slices in it until golden brown while turning and remove. Deglaze the gravy with honey, add lemon juice and pour over the pineapple slices. Spread the mascarpone cream on top.

    Decorate with coconut chips and lemon balm.
