Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy and remove. Hollow out the baguette slices.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Place hollowed baguette slices upright in the pan and place 1 egg in the middle of each. Fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Turn carefully but quickly, but cover the upper side with a closed spatula.
Also fry for about 3 minutes. Serve with bacon.
