Ingredients

  • 3-4 discs Toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 5-6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, salt, white pepper
  • 1 (approx. 1 kg) b
  • 1.5 kg Frying fat
  • 300-450 g Frozen French fries
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp some sugar, 1-2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cucumber, 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 Lettuce

Directions

    Finely crumble the toast bread in portions in the universal chopper. Whisk the egg, season with salt and pepper. Halve chicken lengthwise, wash and pat dry. Turn first in flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Press on a little bit

    Heat the frying fat in a high pot or in a deep fryer to approx. 180 °C. Fry the chickens (possibly one after the other) for approx. 25 minutes

    Bake french fries on a baking tray in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, turning once

    Mix lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil vigorously into the mixture. Wash cucumber and tomatoes, cut into slices. Wash lettuce and pluck smaller. Mix everything. Drain the fried chicken on kitchen paper. Arrange everything. Serve with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
