Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 (approx. 800 g) Cucumbers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 packages (240 g each, 2 portions) Grilled cheese with mediterranean herbs
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder or Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink pepper berries

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the dill, shake dry and chop the flags finely, except for 1 stalk. Mix sour cream, vinegar, chopped dill and milk and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Wash, clean and halve the cucumbers.

  2. 2

Cut or slice the cucumber halves lengthwise into thin slices. Mix cucumber slices and sour cream. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the cheese steaks in it from both sides for about 4 minutes until golden brown (alternatively you can also prepare the cheese on the grill).

  3. 3

Season the ketchup with some chilli powder. Remove cheese steaks from the pan and serve with salad and ketchup. Garnish with pink pepper berries and dill.
