Ingredients

  • 80 g tartar, 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 tsp (5 g) oil
  • 100 g potatoes, 1 carrot
  • 100 g Cutting beans
  • 50 g Celery
  • 2 tomatoes, 1/4 l vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Knead tartar and breadcrumbs, season. Shape into dumplings. Fry in hot oil and take out

    Peel the potatoes and carrot. Clean the carrot and other vegetables. Wash and chop the potatoes and vegetables. Steam everything in the frying fat.

    Add stock and thyme. Cook everything for about 15 minutes. Season soup. Heat the dumplings in it
