Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 500 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 Body Ciabatta Bread
  • 1 Roll of goat cheese
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated chili pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Put the ciabatta bread (packed from the supermarket) in the oven at 200° for 7 minutes. Then cut the goat's cheese into even slices (from the roll) and place on a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. 2

After 7 minutes, place the baked pastry with the goat cheese together with the ciabatta bread in the oven at 150° C for another 7 minutes.

  3. 3

Meanwhile, wash the lamb's lettuce and put it on the plate, and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Then grate the piece of Parmesan cheese over the salad. Grated chilli pepper (a little) as well as salt and pepper according to taste over the salad.

  4. 4

Finally, dress the salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

  5. 5

After 14 minutes, remove the goat's cheese with the ciabatta from the oven. Place the goat's cheese on the finished salad and then cut the bread open - that's it!

  6. 6

    Bon appetit!.
