Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Taco spice mix
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Turkey filet
  • 500 g short noodles (e.g. short Mafaldine)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 pck (500 ml) chunky tomatoes with herbs
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Bring 4-5 l salt water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. In the meantime clean and wash the peppers and cut them into short strips. Peel and chop or finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the meat, dab dry and chop coarsely.

  2. 2

Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the meat in it for about 5 minutes, remove it. Sauté the pepper, onion and garlic in the hot frying fat for about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and sour cream, bring to the boil. Season with salt and 1-2 teaspoons taco spice mixture. Add meat and warm up again.

  3. 3

Wash parsley and shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot. Season paprika-tomato sauce again and fold into the noodles. Arrange noodles and sprinkle with parsley. Grated cheddar cheese tastes good with it.
