Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 500 g Rump steak
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g Peanut kernels
  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 TEASPOON Cornstarch

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Wash the green asparagus and cut the ends off generously, cut the stems into three. Wash the tomatoes.

    Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the meat for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove.

    Fry the asparagus in the frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Fry the nuts, tomatoes and spring onions briefly. Add soy sauce, 200 ml water, lime juice and 1 pinch of sugar and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir starch and 1 tbsp. water until smooth, thicken sauce with it. Heat the steak strips briefly in the sauce. Basmati rice goes well with it.
